Partner Portal — Design Mockups

HTML mockups for the partner portal pages, matching the new Mission Control glass design system.
Purpose: Reference designs for the SiteKit port of the partner portal (client-facing Pacer Portal, RolePartner-gated). Same visual language as core-mc-mockup/*.html: dark teal glass base, left rail with teal accent, glass cards, Inter typography, tabular numerals. Each mockup is fully self-contained (all CSS inlined, embedded SVG icons — no external assets).

Companion: The metric tabs (Performance, Pacing, Pickup, Reservations, Reviews) plus the index landing were addressed in the earlier partner-portal-glass-reskin branch on core. These 4 mockups cover what that branch didn't.
